What happens if I am not at home to receive the parcel?
The DHL driver will try to deliver the parcel to one of your neighbors. If this is not possible, he will take it to the nearest DHL parcel store. In any case, he will leave you a message telling you where your parcel is.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can view the status of your order in your profile in our online store. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment once it has left our warehouse via DHL.
